The Centre for Self-Sponsored Programmes (CESSP) excelled in the 2018/2019 Performance Contract, this was confirmed during the evaluation exercise on 15th August 2019. CESSP was evaluated on targets committed at the beginning of the financial year. The targets were closely based upon its mandate of managing self-sponsored programmes of the University of Nairobi. Speaking during the session the Director CESSP, Prof Julius Ogeng’o stressed the need to arrange the evidences appropriately so as to take the shortest time possible during retrieval.
CESSP management staff held their first meeting in the 2019/2020 financial year chaired by the Director Prof. Julius Ogeng’o. The Director appreciated all staff for the efforts put into ensuring the University of Nairobi operated at its optimal in relation to the CESSP mandate. He further challenged the management to even ensure better performance in the 2019/2020 financial year. The meeting set the pace for activities to be carried out this financial year.
