CESSP undertook a customer care sensitization training for its staff members drawn from different departments within the Centre. The training was facilitated by senior lecturers from the School of Business the Associate Dean Dr. Mary Kinoti and Chairman of Business administration Department Prof. Julius Munyoki. The training will go a long way in ensuring improved customer service to staff and customers of the Centre.
